They were willing to come on short notice, between appointments, and on the first really cold day of the winter when our furnace igniter went out. They did a great job, charged a very fair price, and were very quick and professional. I had never used them for a repair before, only one other time to do a furnace check up when were first bought our home (2+ years ago)and had the same experience then. I am impressed and grateful for the quick response and repair. I highly recommend them based on my 2 experiences.
