The owner/operator is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and it is evident that she cares about people and their natural hair care jouney.....only downside is that her calendar is BOOKED well in advance so it's not easy to get in her chair. I look forward to receiving more services.

I started my daughter's loc journey with Paulettw in November 2020. We were nervous about the process and how it would turn out. At the initial consultation she explained everything to me and listened to my questions as well. My daughter's hair is doing great.. it is starting to lock up and is growing very fast. She uses great products. Also, my daughter is only 3 and quite squirmy when in the chair and Paulette is always patient and entertains her. I will continue going here as long as I am in this area. Prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. I'd recommend anyone with lots or wanting to start locs to come here.

Paulette is not just professional and talented, she is extremely smart and knowledgeable. She uses her expertise in hair and nursing to help with not just styling but the health of your hair. She’s the best in the game!
