I was very Blessed and impressed with the service that I received when I visited Hiemstra Optical downtown location Kenzie, Dr. Zwier, Jenn and Jenny were so very welcoming, we had a lot of laughter and they are a joy to be around. Everything I need was clearly explained and rapid service.Thank you Doc and ladies for such an amazing experience ❤️Can't wait to come back for another visit!!!

Incredibly friendly staff, rigorous adherence to public safety guidelines, fast and convenient. I came here a few weeks ago for a routine exam, and a prescription renewal. The entire place is very clean, and very professional. The diagnostics took less than fifteen minutes, and right afterward I was being shown frames and scheduling a pickup appointment. Some of the most genuinely amiable, and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

My family(and my in-laws) have been going to Hiemstra Optical for over a decade. I am often asked why my family chooses to go Hiemstra because their pricing is a tad higher then that of a 'get your glasses in an hour' type place. Here is an example of why: a week or so ago my son broke his glasses. Like really broke them. I called my favorite associate at Hiemstra, Jenny, and in under 24 hours my son has a brand new, free of charge, pair of glasses(identical to the ones he broke) so now he doesn’t have to squint his way through school, waiting for another pair to come in.
