I have been going to Hiemstra downtown for about 40 years. I love them! Jenny and Jen are so kind, helpful and courteous. Along with high professionalism. Highly recommend. We always talk and laugh.
I love them very helpful. The eye doctor was telling me stuff I didn’t think he would know about my eye twitching and even when my Medicaid got cuff off Hiemstra was very helpful with helping me get new glasses, insurance issues and gave me my prescription with no hassle and tighten my frames even tho I didn’t buy my glasses from them!
I moved here a few years ago and had to find a new optometrist. I love Hiemstra! The staff is so lovely and they were able to fix a wrong prescription that I was given in the past. They even gave me suggestions as to where to order my contacts so they'd be a little less $$
