During the polar vortex our furnace went out and someone came out right away to diagnose the problem and found that we were in need of a new furnace and although extremely busy they made the time to send a crew out to get a new one installed! Could not be happier with everything they have done for us throughout the years.
Our air conditioner went out on a Thursday during all this heat. My husband called them and they were out that day to assess the issue. Turned out our 27 year old air conditioner was shot.
