Had some granite countertops to cut and a short window to cut them. Central Tile took the job last second, was super flexible about drop off & pick up, and did a good job in less than a morning.
Super reasonable price, too.

We shopped at various tile stores around kalamazoo and what they were all lacking was customer service. I felt mistreated and not "good enough" at stores like ProSource and Migala. At Central Tile, Jen was very helpful, walked me through the showroom, helped me pick a tile, got it ordered right away, communicated when the manufacturer was on a delay (not her fault, but she did her due diligence in communicating with me and seeing if I wanted to go another route). Our tile came in and everyone made sure nothing was damaged or cracked before I left. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend them. They're local and family owned which is a plus, too :)
