My wife and I have been well served for decades by the Boot-Haan Insurance Agency on the west side of Kalamazoo.Our agent, Chris Boot, has carefully guided us, now senior citizens, in all of our insurance needs for house, vehicles and recreational toys. He is informed, available and personable; quite able to turn all the legal mumble jumble into understandable form. Everything good about using an insurance agent starts here. I always get premium service. When I call, I get straight answers, regardless of who I speak with. The folks at Boot Haan remind me of my family's insurance agency when I grew up. Like family. But better. ?✌
