Old folks who lived rural without air conditioning for over 36 years in this home, finally decided to try to find comfort after the hot, humid, wet Michigan summer of 2024. Two generations of our family have always relied on Bartholomew for heat/water issues. By summer of 2025, we went ahead and finalized the estimates/product/cost and schedule of a large split unit installation (1,500 Sq Ft house). This company and product (Bryant split unit) made a hot, humid miserable summer 2025 100% bearable AND enjoyable. My A/C wasn't working and it turns out I need to replace my very old furnace. Everyone I spoke to at Bartholomew was so great: Joe, Jen, Michelle, Gary, JJ...thank you so much! I went from the repairman's diagnosis to scheduling the new furnace with financing all in one day! This will be the third time I've used Bartholomew's service and I've never been disappointed.
