Afftech is staffed with highly trained and knowledgeable IT professionals. Keith always is able to answer my questions regarding equipment issues, he also does not try to oversell you on products you don't need. They are a great locally owner business.

Emailed an inquiry for commercial service a week ago using the email on their website and still have not received a response.Updated: Keith, Thank you for reaching out to me. I understand that email servers can cause issues. I have changed my star rating.

Oh my god~ I cannot believe that they repaired my MACBOOK AIR 2018 ! I used for couple days after I got it back~ Everything is good! PERFECT! Afftech definitely deserves the money I pay for them~ By the way, their boss is nice~ I love their office dog,sooo cute! All in all, if U meet some problems with Ur laptop, U can try to get some suggestions from Afftech
