Route 66 is great with computer repairs! Would definitely take all my electronics here. I took my wife's laptop in there, and Spencer behind the counter, said that it would take 3-5 days for the parts to be delivered. It took 3 days for them to fix it! Amazing customer service and stay true to their word on when it would be done. Along with calling you and keeping you updated at each step! Great place!

I have used them twice and almost leaving for the 3rd experience. Going for a 3rd should speak some for their good service, but I shall carry on. I had problems with my new desktop twice and they diagnosed and fixed both times the same day so I missed little fun at home. Friendly and informative staff each time as well, they took the time to explain as much as my limited mind would take in. I highly and I mean highly recommend them for you diagnostic and repair needs. Kevin F.

Incredible customer service. My laptop crashed with the automatic installation of Windows 10. Spencer was able to bring it back from the brink of a black hole and now it works better than ever. Highly recommend.
