However, some patients may find the prices to be high, and the lack of on-site lens processing and eye doctors may be a drawback for some. Wonderful customer service! Came in for a routine exam and lens replacement and was treated very well. The energy in the establishment was very welcoming and Stacia and Caden were awesome! 10/10
Ava was amazing! I live in Virginia but was staying in Michigan for two months and had my new lenses sent to this office. I had some complications which involved her changing out my lenses several times. Also do some re-measuring etc. She didn’t make me feel like a bother at all, and was so helpful with such a pleasant attitude. I believe she helped me to get this all figured out, which I am so thankful for. Thank you so much Ava!
Excellent visit! The Dr. Was thorough h is a nice young man, he knows his stuff. The manager went above and beyond, thank you! I definitely recommend this office and I would for sure come back. 5 out of 5 stars!!
