I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received from Diane Culhane over the past five years or so. She is timely, accurate, efficient and gets the job done! Diane files all of my business and personal taxes, manages my Quickbooks (for two businesses) and acts on my behalf when it is necessary to discuss tax issues with the State of Michigan or the IRS. Diane also provides me with financial reports, manages my payroll and payroll taxes and many other things throughout the month that I'm sure don't fall under her purview.
