Had a problem with my new lenses. My scrip came from GR Opt. The Mgr. Jen decided to remake lenses at no cost to me. To be certain on the accuracy of the script I got a new eye exam at RX. Turns out my eyes changed since my GR Opt. Exam. Mgr Jen still covered my lenses at no cost to me. I was so relieved and grateful. Also , I will be getting my eye exams at RX from now on. The Doctor gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. Very thorough, not rushed and explained everything very clearly. Cost with no insurance was $99/$149. Stopped in to RxOptical-Jenison with a new prescription that includes adding prisms to my lenses … I was very conflicted about getting prisms but Jennifer has prisms and provided info and guidance to help me make an informed decision. I’m very grateful for the expert help

I’ve never had a better experience than at this RX Optical location! Jennifer is extremely kind and helpful through the entire process. Dr. Noyes is great and easy to work with. Also, I can always get in to be seen in a timely manner.
