I have always purchased my filters and supplies at Pools Plus in Jenison. They have always been professional and helpful whenever I have stopped in or had questions. I would recommend them to anyone just starting out with a new pool or hot tub.

Earlier this summer we had a nightmare of an experience with a different pool company. Pools Plus Inc saved us!! Despite being in the midst of a crazy busy summer schedule they squeezed us in. From the very beginning Adam was extremely helpful in providing info - giving options & advice - and came out the very next day to measure for our inground pool vinyl liner. Our pool is old - and changes we made to it made for a very unique situation. This company is reliable and shows up when they say they’ll be there - communication was great - very responsive to messages & always updating us on what was going on throughout the whole process.
