“Honest, fair, professional. Just had KENOWA PLUMBING install a new garbage disposal this morning for me. They were OUTSTANDING in every capacity. Courteous, professional, prompt. The last few weeks I have been jerked around by plumbers on Angi's list, Roto Rooter, Lowe's, etc. All wanting to charge me obscene amounts of money to just install a garbage disposal. Some of these so called COMPETITORS, wanted to charge me $500. KENOWA provided me A FAIR PRICE & VALUE and are WAY AHEAD of their competition. They have a new customer for life. “I was on a very tight schedule and had to get my motorhome inspected by a licensed technician before it was to be picked up by our renter in 48 hours. I arrived at Certified Repair around 4pm. The owner, Larry, was exhausted from the days demands and he told me he was completely booked out for days and i coyld leave my rig there for him to inspect the next day. I explained my urgent need for his assistance and the situation I was in and, despite his exhaustion, aching everywhere on his body, the 100° heat and his hungry tummy, he called his technician and the two of them stayed until 6pm making sure my rigs AC & Refrigerator were 100% functioning without any troublesI He definitely made sure I was taken care of. I will not take my Htg /Cooling/Refrigeration business anywhere else...He also offered to repair some exterior damage at an incredibly reasonable if not insanely cheap amount and guaranteed complete satisfaction.Thank you Larry!!“
