“Had an emergency visit with Dr. Smith today as I have shingles on my face which can affect your eyesight. The staff was so friendly and his assistant was super nice. Dr. Smith examined my eyes and explained everything so well. The good news was my eyes were good but he explained what to watch for as I continue on with the shingles. It was a great experience and I will always go back for any eye care.

“Had a problem with my new lenses.
My scrip came from GR Opt. The Mgr. Jen decided to remake lenses at no cost to me. To be certain on the accuracy of the script I got a new eye exam at RX. Turns out my eyes changed since my GR Opt. Exam.
Mgr Jen still covered my lenses at no cost to me. I was so relieved and grateful.
Also , I will be getting my eye exams at RX from now on. The Doctor gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. Very thorough, not rushed and explained everything very clearly.
Cost with no insurance was $99/$149. My charge was $99,
GR Opt. $240.
Also, the Opticians Jennifer and Kristin worked together as a team to help me understand the process to get me fitted properly.
