“This place is wonderful! The staff is super sweet and the owners are very welcoming and nice! I had got a pedicure with shilac and 2 of the toes had the polish come off after I got them done, I went back and they repainted the 2 toes that lost the color and I even had a scratch on my manicure and she repainted my nails as well!! I will always use this nail salon!! It was the best experience by far!“

The staff was so patient and accommodating with my mother’s impaired hearing when they explained exactly why her nails were still too small to safely accommodate fake nails & would need to be protected to grow out enough to attach them safely.
My massage was way longer than I expected and they even took the time to be delicate and detailed with my damaged toe. The end result is beautiful. I’m definitely coming back!“

They have so many options to personalize your spa experience, and the quality is unmatched. I come in with design ideas and NiNi makes it happen. “Had an appointment with Michelle for sugaring. She had great communication leading to the appointment. The room was warm and comfortable. Michelle was skilled at the procedures, and was friendly and funny. She kept up a great conversation that kept me relaxed during the appointment, even with the different positions I had to hold. More comfortable experience than visiting a gyno 100%!! Will definitely stick with her for all my future appointments!

When I first went to Gene, from a great referral, he listened to me about what I really wanted, and he was 100% perfect from the very start! Since the first time I want to see him, which I believe was over two (2) years ago, and because of his expertise and amazing skills, I get at least 20+ compliments every time I see him! He’s kind, witty and takes what he does so seriously! I’ll never willingly leave him!!! His hair cuts are extraordinary and he knows color like the back of his hand! I actually love going to see him for many reasons!!

“I’ve followed Sophie through 2 salons and now support her at her own business. She keeps up with modern trends and listens to what you ask. Highly professional and truly a fun person to be around. Currently, she is doing builder gel on me which has no tip or extension on my natural nail and I’m obsessed my nails have never been this healthy and long ever! It’s a technique that isn’t really offered in Grand Rapids salons so I love how modern the technique is. I get so many compliments on my nails.“
