I went to Dr. Kik after experiencing a lower back/butt injury from running as a suggestion of a co-worker. I have always had some level of lower back soreness most of my life so it seemed like a good idea. I went in for several adjustments 2 times a week for about 2 months and was starting to feel better and was running again. Excited to run, I ran a lot, too fast, too soon and reinjured my back (Dr. Kik suggested a slow comeback, but I was too excited to listen and follow Dr.'s orders). This time I took my time coming back and after about 2 more months I am feeling better than I have in years. All the major and minor pain and soreness I have had running for the last 3-4 years is virtually gone. Now I am down to a visit every 2 weeks and soon to be less with the progress I am seeing. Dr. Kik helped explain what he was trying to do and how it needed to be a process of adjustment and strengthening to get long lasting results and unwind years of issues. I also saw Dr. Mazey a couple of times when Dr. Kik was out, and she also was great at keeping my progress moving and providing good strength and stretching tips. Overall, with a little patience (from me) Dr. Kik has helped get me back to running pain free.

Have you ever had major surgery that you were disappointed in¿ I have. Two years ago I had open heart surgery. The doctor told me that after my surgery, I’d be dancing in the street. I was not. My condition had gotten worse. One visit with dr.kik and had made a complete difference. I cannot wait until my next appointment. I already feel like a whole new person. I’m almost dancing. Thank you so much doctor kik and his staff.
