IPM is the ONLY place we use for our seasonal creepy crawlers. Not only are they reasonably priced in comparison to other companies we’ve priced, they are very respectful and kind. Scheduling is fairly quick also!

Bedbugs were a 0/5, would not recommend. However, IPM was fantastic! They were always responsive, answered all of my many questions, and did a thorough job of treating the issue. Although I’d much prefer not to need pest control again, if I ever do I would not hesitate to reach out to them.

In the Landlord / property management business, it will probably happen, roaches, and or bedbugs will show up. My first round was 2015. Bedbugs. A stressful situation. IPM killed them all. I went 6 years smooth sailing. Then a tenant whom I had 8 years, moved in some guests that I believe brought in more. Thankfully they moved out and IPM came back to rescue me. Owners Dan and Dawn are terrific to work with.
