I sent my partner to Ulta to find me new shampoo/conditioner/styling products on a really BAD hair day. He is bald so he likely looked very out of place and confused in the curly hair section. He thinks her name was Carly, but he said the associate found everything that I sent him for right away and that she was very kind in not making him feel like an idiot at the store lol. Thanks for helping ensure I got everything I needed and not allowing my partner to overspend on things he has no knowledge about ?

Usually really love Ulta but last night seemed like a miss to me. I went in with the intention of finding The Ordinary skin care line for mature/aging skin and the woman my age who should have helped me walked away and left the younger girl who only told me to buy a good spf sunscreen to use with retinol. I got what I thought I needed and checked out only to be hit with the worst smoke smell ever by the cashier. I literally gagged and had to fight the urge to puke. Could we make employees aware that smelling good is part of the draw of Ulta. Just disappointed overall and hope for a better experience next time.
