Shelar Sanitation did an excellent job pumping my septic tank. Scott was very courteous and friendly. He was very up front with telling me what he was doing while he did it and educationg me on how a septic works.

I called yesterday to make an appt to get my septic pumped. This morning the technician (SG) arrived, had my tanks pumped, his hose taken care of and gave me my receipt in a half an hour. He was both friendly and professional.

Scott was awesome! It was my first time having to prep for our sewage tank to be pumped, because in previous years, my father had taken care of everything. I had a lot of questions because our tank is located under our deck. Scott was able to give me information about the integrity of the tank, how full it was, and let us know that our use of RidX had helped to keep it in great operational condition. He was upbeat, kind and informative. Wonderful experience.
