“They cared for our dog who was in a dangerous situation with his hair being matted, and took the time to show us what tools we need to prevent future matting, and even trained us on proper grooming for our first ever long haired pup! The cost was more than worthwhile, especially with the amount of work they put into helping our boy. He arrived being terrified of the groomer (due to being at a different groomer a week before and having a terrible experience), but he left happy. He even laid in the lap of the young woman who groomed him, showing complete submission. We will NEVER go anywhere else ?“
