“So far extremely happy with the service. We discovered yellow jackets were building a nest in our soffit. AS it quickly became apparent we were not equipped to get rid of the nest in called Patriot. They were super friendly and helpful and Devon arrived the next day to determine our next steps. He was clear and concise on what needed to be done and how they could help. Price was reasonable and he was quick to take care of our issue. Will update once I am able to confirm the nest is no more but very confident in Devons abilities.“

“Joe worked on Labor Day to address a yellow jacket hive. My son was stung by one, which resulted in a trip to urgent care due to a pretty bad reaction. He immediately found the hive location, and addressed it. He was knowledgeable, super-friendly, and became fast friends with my dogs! I highly recommend Joe!“

“Creature control was just amazing. Setting up our initial estimate was quick they were able to come out within a few days of my request. We called them out for pigeons in our roof.

Dave M was courteous and thorough. He was quick to offer same day service and when I asked if he saw any other issues, he checked around our whole home. He sent pictures and offered his expertise, not only did he speak with me through text he also talked to my bf when he got home. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time and put a lot of care into his work.

Estimates were received same day and he gave us time to think it over as we also had a previous estimate from another company.
We accepted the quote on Wed and they were out the same week Fri, so speedy!

3 technicians were out and immediately got to work (my bf forgot their names).
They were done with all the work quickly but it did not feel rushed. We even had proof not long after, that they did a great job as pigeons tried to enter our home again and couldn’t. Thank you!!

Very happy with the speed and care of this whole process, from the initial estimate to the completed work. Great company, great technicians. The office staff were awesome too! We did not have a single issue with this company and would 100% use them again.

“Rose has cared for our home for the last 9 yrs and we are highly satisfied with their service and results. We have a contract and if the scheduled extermination does not take care of something they return at no charge. We have carpenter bees; managing them requires spraying eaves and overspray can get on windows. We time window cleaning with the spraying and the Rose team is very accommodating. James is our exterminator now and is knowledgeable and, like all Rose staff, nice to work with. The office staff are super. I always feel they are genuinely happy to help regardless of the request. Highly recommend Rose.“

We had a yellow jacket nest in a tricky spot that we had tried & failed several times to treat and they kept burrowing deeper to where we could hear them inside our wall!
