“This past winter, I watched one of the employees salting the walks in front of where I work. The machine he was using spit out a huge chunk of blue salt. Instead of leaving it, he stopped, picked it up and broke it up into the hopper. Not only did he not leave a mess, but was conscientious of waste and that's nice to see ... It's the little details that count. Also, one of the managers, Joe, is a very nice man to deal with.“
