It's rare nowadays to be provided service with a smile and a handshake...I received just that with Roger from Kellogg Complete Auto Service! My daughter was traveling on I-94 from her summer research job at Albion College to Jackson for a late afternoon appointment on 06/21/2023. She was driving behind a semi that lost a tire tread which she ran over causing part of the underbody protector on her car to come loose and drag.
