My family has been going here for years - since Dr Serino was there. My sister just called to have my niece seen for an eye infection that won't clear up. The receptionist CHEWED her out for taking my niece to a walk in last week. I'm not sure why the front desk receptionist is so invested or opinionated in other people's eye care decisions but our family will be going elsewhere from now on! It's unfortunate because the doctors are very nice but if you have to deal with front desk drama, it's a no thank you!
