I called a few days ago, they called back and made an appointment to fix my door lock, showed up right on time, and were fast and professional. Reasonably priced too. Could not have asked for a better experience and result. Will be my go to for any future lock repair.

I had Jim from Jackson Key Works come 20 miles to my cottage, and replace my 2 outside door handles and also install 2 brand new electronic deadbolts. Then had all the locks keyed alike. He was very personable and professional and very reasonable.I strongly recommend him for any locksmith work!!

Jackson Key Works (Jim) came out to my cottage in Hillsdale County (over 20 miles from his shop), and replaced 2 outside door handles, and installed 2 brand new electronic deadbolts from scratch. Then he keyed them all alike, using my house key from our city residence. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and his kindness. He did a great job and was very reasonable. I tried using Home Advisor and also Angi for this job, and they never showed up. Turns out they are owned by the same owner, and they never communicated with me, despite my repeated calls and emails. So I made 2 round trips to cottage (180 miles each) for nothing. Jim at Jackson Key Works was local and responsive, along with probably saving me a couple of hundred dollars over Angi or Home Advisor. Well done Jim!!
