Wish I read reviews first!! Booked online last week, tech cancelled appointment just before the appointment leaving me scrambling to find another person when my engagement photoshoot was booked for after appointment. Completely unprofessional and DO NOT care about you. They just block your number and profile on facebook. Don’t waste your time!!

I had an appointment today, my lash tech did not show up. I am a busy mom of 3 kids I dropped my kids off to daycare early to make the appointment, after waiting for a half hour and multiple attempts to contact the tech, I got text messages calling me pathetic, calling me names and harassing me for saying I will post a Google review. Very unprofessional and rude. I will let everyone i know not to go there and how I was treated by the “professional “. It was the Kitchener location. I have added the text exchange I got from the lash tech.

I would not recommend this place. Over priced and very inexperienced staff. Took the very young girl over 2.5 hours to do a set of classic . Looked horrible and a week later 3/4 have fallen out already. Worst lash experience ever. Definitely do not recommend the Burlington location!!
