On 7/1/2023 the caregiver for My disabled mother reported/photographed a June bug on her couch to Elder Care - claimed it was a bed bug and Elder Care did not investigate, just took the caregivers word for it and immediately removed future care as well as reporting it to the apartment complex. The caregiver also lied to My mother and Elder Care that a bedbug notification was placed on all the resident doors. Due to the upcoming 4th of July holiday a pest control company couldn’t inspect to confirm there were no bedbugs until morning on 7/6. I haven't been with them very long, but Lillian doesn't care if her Aide's do their work efficiently or not probably because it's not her loved one or her home they're in taking care of. Yes I have had a few that do their job, but the rest of them are lazy whenever I request a certain worker she turns around and gives me the worst aide she has staffed.
