They cared for our dog who was in a dangerous situation with his hair being matted, and took the time to show us what tools we need to prevent future matting, and even trained us on proper grooming for our first ever long haired pup! The cost was more than worthwhile, especially with the amount of work they put into helping our boy. He arrived being terrified of the groomer (due to being at a different groomer a week before and having a terrible experience), but he left happy. He even laid in the lap of the young woman who groomed him, showing complete submission. We will NEVER go anywhere else 🥰
I recently brought my dog, Daisy, to Sara at DogGone aMAESING Grooming, and it was our first experience here. I was incredibly impressed! Daisy was ready in just under an hour, which time has been an issue at other places. More importantly, Daisy seemed really happy and playful, which tells me she had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the wait time, communication, and cost for the bath and nail clipping were all excellent. This was a much better experience compared to where I’ve taken her for years, where she’s usually done in about 20 minutes, but often still damp with dirty ears. I’m so happy to have found Sara, and I look forward to booking future appointments for Daisy here. Highly recommend!
