The man helping me made sure I had the right protections on my computer, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it which eased any worries I had about the process.
There was so many things he told me about which immediately improved the way my computer was running and he stayed with me over the phone until all my issues were addressed.

My father was having difficulty using his remote access option and both Joe and Rob were very informative and patient. They got him up and running in no time and he is back working remotely.
