Repaired our furnace quickly and for a very good price. This was after a different company said our 10 year old furnace couldn't be fixed. The other company just said we needed to buy a new furnace and gave us a high quote on that job. Good repair people are valuable, and that is where Randy was great.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Chad came out to our house and we had quite the shredded moen cartridge and pipe that housed the cartridge. We called on super late notice as we had no water in our house due to leaks that went into the wall from the shower habdle. He came over in about 15 minutes, pulled the old cartridge out, and had a replacement part as well!! He even noticed when it was leaking a slow drip out and used a genius remedy to fix it. I would highly recommend. We have water again thanks to Chad and Clark lake plumbing.

Chad came to our home to check our bathroom plumbing. Due to construction problems,he was not able to change a bathtub faucet. He told us exactly what we should do, stopped the drip and gave my husband some tips on shut-off valves. He did not charge us a dime. I tried to pay him for his time,but he refused. Great guy and very friendly.
