These guys are the cream of the crop. We had kitchen drain issue that required our kitchen to be torn to the studs. They do absolutely beautiful work, constant communication, clean up at end of every day, and I just can not say enough good words. These days, it seems that everyone is out to pinch everything on you and bot seem to care that they are in your home working. I had a pipe in my laundry room freeze and burst during the 2019 Polar Vortex. My basement had standing water and I called nearly a dozen companies to ask for help cleaning up. All of them were too busy with other issues caused by the cold weather and told me it would be days before they were free. Cat Rec sent two people out within a few hours! The guys moved my belongings to a dry area, sucked up all the water, and brought in fans and de-humidifiers to continue the drying process. They came back daily to check on the progress and equipment. It has been a few weeks now and there is no sign of mold or mildew and nothing smells damp.
