“It's rare nowadays to be provided service with a smile and a handshake...I received just that with Roger from Kellogg Complete Auto Service! My daughter was traveling on I-94 from her summer research job at Albion College to Jackson for a late afternoon appointment on 06/21/2023. She was driving behind a semi that lost a tire tread which she ran over causing part of the underbody protector on her car to come loose and drag. I called Kellogg Complete Auto Service to see if they could fit her in right away to take a look at it. Roger said, "Have her bring it now if she can!" He was able to remove the damaged part and get her back on the road! He went above and beyond for us and to top it off, even called to assure me her car was drivable!
