I love the open communication this repair shop gave me while I was waiting on parts to be delivered for my truck to be fixed. I also appreciated the time the staff took to iron out the difficult processes with the Warranty Company. This part can be difficult for the customer and I appreciate how they had my back and got everything worked out in my behalf. Top notch service and the problem with my truck is fixed? I went to several auto shops around Jackson to inquire about repair services on my vintage car. Most of them informed me they would not work on it due to the make of the car. When I approached Automotive Solutions and Repair, they indicated they could and accepted the challenge. From start to finish, Sean and his staff kept me abreast of the process and provided great ideas on how to improve the performance of the car and make it safer and roadworthy. The process took awhile, but the effort was worth while. Automotive Solutions is where I plan to have all my repairs done, whether it be my newer or older car. Shawn did An excellent job with my Jeep 2003 Jeep Wrangler. Shawn diagnosed said what the problems were and fixed had the jeep done when he said it was going to be done. I’ve had Shawn Work on a previous Jeep I own. Had the same results! I trust Shawn and I will say he is my go to mechanic. Thank you, Shawn and Automotive solutions & repair. Jobs well done
