They were really professional and friendly. But they really wanted me to buy a new system. Never got a proper diagnosis of the problem. First they said a leak. I asked where the leak was they came out again and this time changed more and said nope not a leak, might be a restriction in the line.
System is 19 years old and they really wanted me to buy new but never explained what was wrong. All I know now is that it has a restriction … probably.
If you want a new system I am sure they are great. If you want to know what is wrong… try another company.

I can not share how incredibly helpful and kind the crew and the office staff were. Our furnace had stopped heating but was still running. Our home could literally have burnt down!!! They shared pictures of the charred framing with us. They repaired the furnace in a super timely fashion. They were reasonable. And they were able to get warranty on parts of the furnace.I am super impressed with this team, their character, and their service! I will recommend to EVERYONE! Thank you all so much!!

I highly recommend this rental company! They are great and I absoloutly love the reception ladies they are so helpful and just the sweetest! They put their all into finding you the home that fits your needs. They kept us informed every step of the way and we have had nothing but excellent service from them. And seriously those reception ladies are the best they are so helpful and work their tails off to help us with anything we need and if they cant help us they find the person who can. So, check them out you wont be disappointed!
