Noah came out to my mother in laws house this past Friday October 4th for a furnace check. He was efficient, honest, kind and friendly. She uses action at least once a year to get the furnace checked before winter hits. She thought because he furnace is pretty old she would need a whole new furnace. It would have been really easy to take advantage of my mother in law and make a big sale because she older and doesn’t know anything about furnaces but he did the whole check and said it was running properly and should make it through another winter. Thank you Noah for the great customer service and thank you action for the convenient and quality service.
Jake is awesome and knows what he is doing,he stays updated on all the new stuff and knows all the old too. He helped me out when I was the cause of the problem.Would recommend Action Heating and Cooling for any job big or small.
