My long-time groomer retired and my rescued blind dog Buster needed someone especially patient & kind. I took a shot in the dark and picked Tails A Waggin because it was close to my house. BOY am I glad I did !! Rachel is SO good with my little guy. He gets nervous and afraid but she handles him with an abundance of kindness & patience. They're accommodating regarding appointments and reasonably priced. He's becoming more comfortable each time he goes and I TOTALLY appreciate Rachel's services. He's SO clean & handsome :+)

I took my previous dog Colby for grooming there for many years and I now have 2 rambunctious brothers who are cockers, whom I bring there for their haircuts. Never have I had an issue with their grooming and they were always treated kindly. It's not easy to do this type of work with animals or I would do it myself. That job takes a lot of patience and care. I'm very thankful for each person who works there.

They are one of the few groomers in Jackson that do cat nail trimming. They are quick to put my each of my two boys on their groomer table. We're in and out in less than 10 minutes. Even when they're busy, they jump into action and get it done quick and professionally.
