Too much work for not enough pay, never have the tools you need to do the job, but they expect you to do a delusional amount of parts per hour, parts goals are impossible to achieve. H R is non existent if you need something, management has complete double standards on who get easy parts and allows their friends or people the like to do whatever they want, while they write up other people for the exact same thing, the company just failed a bunch of air quality tests too, so your breathing in a lot of black dust everyday. They talk a good game during hiring, but don't really come through on their promises.
