While I have never been to this flooring store. I have to leave a review based on a person's review before. I've been in the flooring trade for 25 years, 14 as an hourly employee, 3 years in a flooring office and 8 on my own. Yes sometimes carpet does come 11 ft 10 1/2 in. It's too bad as an installer when you have a room that's 12 ft but your carpets an inch and a half short and it's thick carpet so it won't stretch that far. I have also seen carpet come in all sorts of ways from the mill and yes with cuts, stains, wet, short, folded over at first so it leaves a nice crease... Those are some examples. There's times carpet comes 12 FT 1 in when it has a salvage edge....read full review

Good quality carpeting, very accommodating. We tried 2 other carpeting businesses in the area and basically got a run around from them both. Charges for estimates, they couldn't get someone out for an estimate for weeks, installation would be 2 -3 months out, closed on weekends etc.etc. On a whim we walked into this store on a Saturday morning, we picked out the carpet we liked and was in our price range, Dawn(owner) arranged to have an estimator come out to our house the very same day, all in about 20 minutes! Ed, Steve & Nick were awesome and friendly and also were very professional. They went above and beyond their normal work to ensure that the job was done right. Dawn & Nikki at the office were very efficient in getting the job done in time for the appliances to be delivered and the carpenters finishing with the cabinets and plumbers schedule. Would I hire them again? You bet!
