Restorative Wellness Massage, CranioSacral, and Reiki Therapy

Last weekend me and some other older adults decided it was a good idea to take on several 19 and under kids in dodge ball. We ended up winning on the day but paid for it in the days to follow. When mentioning this to Terry he told me there were openings that I could fill for a massage if I wanted to try it. I was hesitant at first because I’m not really a fan of people touching me. However at the end of the day I decided to do it and was booked with Brooklynn. She did a great job helping me feel comfortable knowing I wasn’t comfortable with getting a massage in the first place.
