Very friendly and helpful staff. They will go above and beyond for customers. They need to train more staff how to take care of their U-haul rentals. I was there when the person that takes care of the rentals was gone and nobody knew how to rent U-haul furniture pads to me which resulted in slow service. They did their best, though, and were very friendly.
