To start with, this company was an absolute life saver! Not only were they extremely prompt and professional they were able to put my mind at ease. Initially, we went with Hogarths and we were VERY disappointed. After doing some research we discovered that a heat treatment was our best option. We called another pest company who thankfully recommended North Shore. We called on a Thursday and RYAN was at our house Friday for an inspection. I was blown away by how knowledgeable he was. Had an exceptional experience with Ryan, of North Shore Services. Called the main number on Saturday, and Ryan got the message within an hour. Suspected bedbugs in our cabin, and he was able to go over immediately and assess. Ryan was thorough, trustworthy, professional and polite. Saving grace for this owner who lives far away and was desperate for help!
