We purchased hardwood flooring from RT Baldwin over a year ago, and had a different installer. Needless to say, there were some things that needed to be looked at and fix, so my husband and I called RT for their help. I had the nicest young man arrive at my door this morning. He assessed everything that needed to be done and explained it to me what the problem was and what he was going to do. After he was finished, he walked me to each part and explained how he fixed it. A HUGE thank you to Brenden for the nice work you did. Very Professional 😊

Came in and corrected a problem floor install from another company. Can’t thank them all enough for finishing our floor install. Their crew was wonderful and did an amazing job. Brendan was so pleasant to work with and so professional and thorough. He clearly takes his job seriously and should be very proud of the quality of his work! Definitely a keeper! We hope to start the second phase of remodeling next spring and will definitely be contacting them for the staircase and flooring. Please feel free to use us as a glowing reference. So happy to have floor finally done - it looks beautiful. Thank you so much.
