TOTALLY HIGHLY TRAINED and professional and TRULY a wonderful experience ❤️!!!We Had my husband work with Cat, but I initially worked with Nerrissa and then Tracy and even Joe ( the manager) got involved to help and give advice and help.. suggestions!!I felt so cared for here!!They really really take their time getting the right measurements!!The Doctor here has been Dr. Beth was so nice and so kind, positive and has such patience.
Great staff. I received a thorough exam and the doctor answered all my questions. I like that there are frames priced from $10 to $150 and they are sorted by price and the price is clearly marked right on the wall. There was no "hard sell" to try to get me to buy the most expensive options and since I do not have vision insurance, I appreciated that. Best of all, my glasses were ready in 2 days and cost under $200 including the exam.
Staff was friendly and professional. I was able to try on frames, although with direction that anything I picked up (and did not want to try on) had to be left on the counter to be cleaned.
