came here while my normal vet is on a vacation. wow did i pick the wrong place to go. extremely unprofessional staff. they showed no compassion during my visit and the desk lady has a disgusting attitude. i would never recommend these heartless people to anyone. not when there is another vet office less than a mile up the road with way friendlier ladies that care about each and every pet and pet owner.
I will not give my business to them again!! I have been taking my dog here for at least 4 years and never had a problem until today. I have a very highly afraid little dog who needs me to hold him when he's on the table. Also when receiving vaccines and blood draws . He's excellent when I do this. Never a problem . Today I showed up and told me I cannot do this that they have to take him in the back room. He's old and way too nervous for this. It's not worth putting my dog through. I will take my business elsewhere , and never refer anyone to use this vet . My dog should come first in their business , apparently not. Update: July 2023, tried over the phone to give them another chance. Front desk receptionist is awful !!! They have lost my business and I will spread on social media how uncaring this clinic is.
Wouldn't recommend. The vet in my opinion seems to be more about the most costly approach, rather then what will be the most effective and least expensive approach. I say this because my dog was experience issues with urinating, such as frequent urinating and a slight discharge. Which in my unprofessional opinion sounds like a uti so I would start with a urinalysis. However she wanted to go straight to ultrasound and blood samples. I suggested why don't we just do the urine and blood and go from there based on the results. Even the nurse that was doing curbside suggested just the urine when giving me the quote. Then after agreeing on just the tests, they said they would call back the next day. Which never happen so I call and they say the doctor isn't in today and won't be for a couple days. So a couple days later she calls and said the urinalysis showed an infection, but still recommended ultrasounds. I said can we just do the two weeks of antibiotics and see if that's all we need. Just not the best of experiences, so again I would try else where.
