Do not recommend- I contacted Pete Black on the recommendation of a coworker when I needed the sewer pipe replaced when I purchased a house. Originally, they were going to go through the basement floor, but discovered asbestos tile, so they routed it along a wall in the basement instead. This part went well, and I am satisfied. Work on the pipe was completed approximately 9/8/22. It has been two months (today is 11/11/22), and I still don't have a sidewalk, and my walkway is half gone. The yard is dirt because I was told not to plant grass seed since they'd be out to do the cement. I reached out several times, sometimes I'd get a reply; sometimes not. I made the mistake of paying in full when they were done with the sewer pipe - not the cement. Trick or treaters were tripping in a hole in the grass between the missing sidewalk and the street. NOW there apparently is a cement shortage (two months after the work), so who knows if this will be done before winter. I have no way of recouping this because I made the mistake of paying in full, so there is no reason for them to come out. Very dissatisfied. Pictures from 9/8/22 and 11/11/22.
