12-30-25: I needed my backup sump pump serviced. I called Titan plumbing and they sent Spencer Laraway the same day. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was extremely thorough. I will always highly recommend Titan plumbing group. I've been a customer for many years.
