Glenda loves the dogs and it shows in how I don’t have to drag my dog into her salon. Grooms are always great, and very reasonably priced in my opinion.
We took in our 20# terrier mix for a full summer grooming. They did a great job on every aspect: shampoo for sensitive skin, cut, hygiene areas, nail clipping. Also, they were finished very quickly. The young lady at the counter was kind and patient with our dog, kept us updated on progress by phone, and took the necessary time to make sure he was leashed, removed from the cage safely, and placed on the floor gently. We did not observe any negative impacts on our dog’s mental or physical health as a result of this appointment. The only problem is with the facility itself. I think the owners should bring in a professional cleaner to assure cleanliness and address the odors. The odors are off-putting. Also, maybe a friend could come in and provide some advice on organization, re-painting and other inexpensive updates to appearance. I understand the need to contain costs.
