When we picked her up she wasn't in her kennel, but playing with other dogs in the play area! Thanks so much! I appreciate play time vs her being locked in a kennel 24/7. Already booked her next stay!!!

We have kenneled our dogs there on multiple occasions. Our most recent kenneling experience was for a trip to Alaska. While there, one of our dogs experienced a major medical issue (no relation to the kennel whatsoever) and Dog Town & Kitty City handled the matter SO personally, professionally and with such compassion, we can’t begin to describe. Our terrible ordeal was made better due to the Owner and staff’s attention to our pet and the care provided was immeasurable. The results of our dog’s medical issue were not anticipated and not the result we expected, but again, the matter could not have been handled any better by the owner, team and staff. We are forever indebted to you guys and can not Thank You enough. We will see you soon for our next kenneling and pet care needs.
