If you want to feel relaxed, schedule a deep tissue massage. Renee and Erica use essential oils, hot rocks, and china gel while you allow yourself to relax with soft music and a candle lit room. The therapists are great at releasing stress from your muscles. I left feeling refreshed and stress free after the massage. These therapists are amazing.
